Author Biographies:

Dr. Murat Yıldırım received a master’s degree in Psychological Research Methods and his Ph.D. in Psychological Research from the University of Leicester in the UK, after earning a BSc in Psychology at the Dicle University in Turkey. He is currently working as an assistant professor at the Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University in Turkey and has also been conducting postdoctoral research in the United Kingdom since 2019 focusing on individual differences, well-being, and mental health.

Gökmen Arslan, Ph.D., is an associate professor of counselling psychology at the Mehmet Akif Ersoy University in Burdur, Turkey. His research interests centre on measuring and improving youths’ psychological functioning, mental health, and well-being.
