He currently lectures at An- Najah National University in undergraduate and graduate mental health programs. &nbsp;He served as head of the Psychology Department and vice dean of the Graduate School of Human Sciences at An-Najah University.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Mahamid has supervised several projects in the field of mental health, on topics including group therapy, trauma intervention and psycho-social rehabilitation in Palestine.&nbsp; His research is focused on using mixed methods research designs to investigate domains and dimensions of well-being in war-affected populations, therapeutic intervention, trauma intervention, mental health, internet addiction, clinical supervision, and school counselling.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdspress.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Picture1-51.png\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3255\" alt=\"\" width=\"212\" height=\"235\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dana Bdier received her Ph.D. from the University of Milano-Bicocca and has a master\u2019s degree in Psychological and Educational Counseling from An-Najah National University. Her research interests are focused on areas related to psychology and human sciences, mainly in the Palestinian context.
