As a passionate educator dedicated to the mental and wellbeing of students, she co-founded the International Journal of Mental Health & Addiction in 2002 and has since served as its project director. Currently, she is leading the Journal of Concurrent Disorders as its editor-in-chief. In her current capacity as the Associate Dean of Mathematics, Research Skills and Analysis, she oversees a complex portfolio at Canada\u2019s largest community College-Humber College where she is responsible for the centralized delivery of mathematics across the institution ranging from certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas, honours degrees and post-graduate certificates.
